Known for his Huge Hats, Musician Pharrell Williams cover the latest edition of Billboard Magazine.

In other News the 40year old singer also wore an expensive Vivienne Westwood Hat to the 2014 grammys that was held this February that raised a whole lotta eyebrows, and as expensive as the accessory is Pharrell says he is auctioning it off for one Charity Organization, he made this announcement via Twitter earlier….
