Make sure your powder/foundation is well blended in. If you've had your makeup on the whole day blot your face especially your forehead to avoid it being shiny. You want a smooth, even finish.
You generally hold your camera up when taking selfies, so the first thing anyone sees is your forehead so make sure your brows are well shaped, groomed and free from stray hair hairs.
Try and keep your eye make up to a minimum. Neutral shadow colours or just black lined eyes will do. You do not want eye shadow colours taking over your selfie.
Use a bronzer on your cheeks to give the illusion of a slimmer face and remember that good lighting is key.
Bold coloured lipstick always go great with a beautiful pout.
Say cheese, it's time to take that perfect selfie!
