The collection showcased by Maki Oh was one we'd seen before via her Spring/Summer 2015 lookbook but that certainly did not dull the shine of the collection.
Using her signature tie-dye approach, the collection was extremely feminine and alluring. According to Creative Director Amaka Osakwe, this collection is her most serious and it focuses on feminism using her signature aesthetics to tell the tale of the woman who is free spirited to make her decisions.
She offered us layers of patterned sheer fabrics, coated glitter skirts, tapered short dresses, rich cottons and dense mesh.
