Nigerian/British designer, Elizabeth ‘Yemzi’ Akingbade presents a 13-piece collection from her emerging Yemzi fashion label.
The collection, tagged “Gold Label”, for Spring/.Summer 2016 consist of pieces made from beautiful digitally printed silk, with inspiration from animals found in the tropics and plant life.
The designer, who studied Surface Design at The University of the Arts, draws her inspiration from her mixed background from Nigeria and the UK.
We love the breezy pieces and simple silhouettes from the collection, that are perfect for relaxing activities.
The designer, who was a finalist at the Zandra Rhodes 2013 Wallpaper competition, created the high street fashion brand is already being stocked in ASOS.
