-Music star Falz speaks on combining rapping, comedy and acting
– On his relationship with singer Simi, the entertainer said there is no romantic affair going on between them at present.
Rapper and comedian Folarin ‘Falz’ Falana spoke to Channels TV recently on his career and how he’s managed to juggle acting, comedy and music explaining that it’s been easy for him because everything happens naturally.
He said: “It’s difficult but at the end of the day it’s not so difficult for me because my brand already has that element of comedy in the music. So it’s like both are already married so it’s about separating them at different points in time, doing things that are just comedy and doing things that are just music. But for me it’s not too difficult and so far I am glad and thankful about the way that I’ve been able to manage it.”

From accolades to winning laurels, Falz has gotten some of the most coveted awards in Nigeria for music and acting in just a short space of time and this feat will see him become the host of the popular Big Friday Show on MTV Base which was previously hosted by comedy heavyweight Basketmouth. But he says there are no pressures whatsoever on him.

They have both been spotted hanging out at several functions during and after performances but he insists there is nothing romantic going on between them.
