It could be called the rise and rise of Abayomi Towase , the youngest winner of the Mr Ideal NIgeria ever crowned. The all round entertainer won the competition in 2012 and represented us well internationally. here is what he has got to say:
1) You won the 2012 edition of the Mr Ideal Nigeria ,did you ever expect that will happen ?
Well,I must say "even though I believed I was a strong contender then,i really didn't expect to win. But I guess the Judges saw in me something unique and different from the others"

2) During your reign you won numerous awards including two dynamic youth awards, visited London , walked the big runways , magazine features. Infact one will say it was a very eventful year for you. What will you say was the highlight of your time as Mr Ideal Nigeria ?
Trust me when I say everything I did during my reign as the Ideal man was a highlight. But if I am to choose,It will be when I visited London for my Mr Earth project tour. Too bad I never went for the international pageant after all,but at least I enjoyed London.

3) At age 19 , You were did youngest winners ever crowned at Mr Ideal Nigeria. What did you find very challenging as Mr Ideal Nigeria ?
Basically,it was combining my school with my duties as an ideal Man. It wasn't very easy,i must say. But here I am today,God saw me through it all.
4) You were absent at you hand over ceremony , infact alot of people say you and Ayotunde Fabamwo, the CEO did not get on so well. So what really happened ?

As close as the teeth is to the tongue, they still clash once in a while. If you are close to someone and you have never had any disagreement with the person, then you are not close at all. Twitch and I had our disagreements which we later settled but that wasn't the reason I wasn't at my hand-over ceremony,it was because of school.
5) What have you been up to after your reign as Mr Ideal Nigeria ?

6) What are your hobbies
Swimming,Writing,watching Movies,listening to rock music..and other things.
7) A number of people say you are still by far the sexiest winner Mr Ideal Nigeria has ever crowned , how do you handle the ladies /
Me? Sexiest? I don't know about that one o.*laughs*. Well,i believe ladies are to be respected..so I handle the ladies respectfully.
8) Will you ever let your children go into pageantry or modelling?

If they want to go into it,sure I will allow. As long as they are not dropping their academics in the process
9) Any advice do you have for anyone who wants to compete in Mr Ideal Nigeria in the future
Follow your heart, work hard, and go for it.

10 ) Last words.
Prepare youself, work hard and whenever the opportunity presents itself, you will always excel. patience is the key,Rome wasn't built in a day.
