Jehovah Witness Forbids Members From Voting

Members of Jehovah's Witness have been banned from participating in the electoral process and by implication, they are forbidden from voting for any candidate or contesting in any election.

They claimed that participating in an election was satanic and contrary to God's commandment.

P.M.NEWS findings revealed that members of Jehovah's Witness were warned not to obtain voter's cards and that they should not vote during the elections.

The directive was not a mere order as any member found participating or voting during the elections will be excommunicated.

When our reporter spoke to some of the members who confirmed the directive, they claimed that the order was right because they are still waiting for the kingdom of God that is yet to be established on earth.

Etcetera blast Buhari's supporters in new article, calls them Stupid

Stupid is a word that has a broad range of applications, but it generally means a person lacks rudimentary intelligence or the ability to reason. It can also imply a congenital lack of capacity for reasoning, or a permanent state of daze or slow-mindedness. However one defines or applies the word stupid, you can hardly think of the word without directly relating it to the utterances of some Buhari's supporters; especially the supposedly literate ones.

Over the past week, it became apparent that the level of stupidity inherent in those inclined to support certain politicians at all cost is beyond comprehension. In fact, it is frightening that so many Nigerians of voting age lack the fundamental reasoning ability of a second-grader and are even less-informed about basic facts than a kindergarten. I have heard some of the most bizarre ideas peddled by some Buhari's supporters and I am really concerned about the future of this country. I have heard troubling statements like: "It really doesn't matter if Buhari is qualified or not, he must be the next president and we'll vote for him. Even if he presents a NEPA bill as certificate, we don't care, we will vote for him. Are these people for real?

To base your position on whatever absurdity your favourite candidate espouses; regardless of reality is the reason why we are in this hell of a nation. These are exactly the type of supporters Nigerian politicians bank on to win elections. These goons should know that in a democratic system, we live by the constitution and the Nigerian constitution in section 131 (d) gives a specific order for all presidential candidates to show proof of education up to a minimum standard not below school certificate or its equivalent. If Buhari doesn't have the required qualification, he should be disqualified immediately or if it is proven that his certificate or result was doctored or forged, he should be arrested and charged to court for deception. Atahiru Jega and his INEC got us into this embarrassing position. How can someone refer INEC to the Secretary of the Military Board for his credentials when it is stated clearly that every contestant should attach copies of their qualification to their forms? INEC is a joke.
If elections are conducted like job interviews, can the applicant direct his would-be employers to his previous work place for his credentials? Won't the applicant be chased off the premises with a stick or security dogs? How do we bring about the clamoured "change" in the nation when we can't treat the nation's business as ours? Nobody is saying you shouldn't support Buhari or any candidate of your choice but it shouldn't be based on sentiments of any kind. The other day, a radio presenter was screaming like a banshee on radio of how Buhari is a man of great ideas, you shouldn't be the one telling us what Buhari's ideas are. As a radio presenter, it is against NBC regulations for any presenter to influence listeners' votes. Buhari should sell himself convincingly enough to earn their votes. Aren't we tired of having leaders who can't sell their ideas themselves? That's why they haven't approached the subject of how they are going to revive the economy in any of their campaign speeches?

Let's not be stupefied into supporting any candidate. We are screaming for a corrupt free nation, yet we are refusing to see that electing someone without the required qualification is as good as endorsing corruption. No one would want to admit that half of this country's population is inherently stupid, much less ignorant, but at the rate politicians garner votes based on sheer fantasy and lies, there is no other conclusion that makes any sense whatsoever. One thing is certain; if Nigerian voters were not so stupid, they would not knowingly go against what is right, whether for their personal, ethnic or religious interest. Our politicians know that without stupid people, most of them would be extinct as viable political forces. But they are far from going extinct and it is all down to the level of stupidity permeating this sad ignorant nation.

PS: Sorry for been MIA guys, got catch up in something, would make it up to you guys......kisses😘

Take Note!!! Boko Haram Plans To Use Livestock, Cobblers For Suicide Bombing – FG

Boko Haram

The Federal Government, yesterday, revealed that terrorist group Boko Haram was planning to use male suicide bombers disguised as cobblers (shoe repairers) as well as livestock, like goats, cows, donkeys and camels, following months of using young girls putting on hijabs.

The FG made this disclosure through the Coordinator of the National Information Centre, Mike Omeri. "Available intelligence reports indicate a plan by Boko Haram to use young male suicide bombers disguised as cobblers to hide explosives in their tool boxes and detonate them on soft target areas such as markets, restaurants, ATM locations, political rallies, worship centres as well as other public places.

"Also, there is indication of a plan by this group to use livestock such as, goats, cows, donkeys and camels laden with explosives to attack chosen targets.

"The general public, including all persons operating within and around the aforementioned places, are advised to be vigilant and mindful of suspicious activities in their environment," Omeri said.

He therefore warned that the security agencies might arrest persons, who take their livestock to city centres for grazing, as such action poses a security threat to the people.

Secondary school pupils found floating on Osun River

The residents of the Ijetu area of Osogbo have been thrown into mourning following the discovery of the corpses of two pupils on the Osun River.

It was gathered that a woman had gone to the river to fetch water when she found the corpses of the two pupils floating on the river.

A resident of the area told our correspondent on Thursday that the woman dropped her bucket and ran back to the community where she raised the alarm.
It was learnt that the matter was later reported to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and a rescue team from the agency was deployed in the scene.

It was gathered that the pupils had gone missing on Monday, while their parents and other relatives had been looking for them. The parents were said to have broken down in tears on seeing the corpses of their children on Wednesday when their bodies were recovered.

The pupils were identified as Samson Obasanjo and Kabiru, pupils of Junior Secondary School 2 at Ife-Oluwa Middle School, Osogbo.

Some persons said one of the two victims was going to a bakery where he normally worked after school hours when the incident happened.

But our correspondent, who visited the school gathered that seven pupils had gone to the area where the incident happened to pluck some fruits.

One of the victims was said to have jumped inside the river to swim to the other side of the river where a cherry tree was, but did not come out.

It was learnt that after a while, the second victim reportedly jumped inside the river to see why the first had not come out and he too disappeared.

The remaining five pupils were said to have waited for the two victims to come out, but after the duo did not come out, they were said to have sworn to an oath that they would not disclose what happened to their colleagues to anybody.

A resident of the area told our correspondent that students of the school and other public schools around the area were known for truancy.

The Head, Disaster Rescue Team of the NSCDC in Osun State, Mr. Olufemi Awofade, who confirmed the incident to our correspondent, said the team had removed the corpses of the pupils.

He said after recovering the corpses of the pupils, their parents took charge and called the worshipers of Osun goddess to perform some rites on them before burial at the riverbank.

Awofade said, "We got a call that a certain woman went to fetch water at the Osun River on Wednesday and she saw corpses on the water."

The principals of School 2 and School 3 at Ife-Oluwa Middle School declined comment. The two principals told our correspondent, who visited the school, that "we don't grant press interviews."

The Truth with D’Banj: Watch as the Music Star Talks Celebrating 10 Years in the Music Industry, Debt Rumours, Koko Concert & More!

timthumb
The first part of D'Banj's interview with Olisa Adibua was released a few days ago and now the second part of the interview is out!
In the second part, available exclusively on Olisa.tv, D'Banj opens up about much more personal details including his debt rumours, working with Don Jazzy again, endorsing GEJ in 2011 and so much more.
The video is over 40 minutes but here are some of the topics covered in the chat.
  • D'Banj said that Don Jazzy told him that whenever he hears his (D'Banj's) voice on the radio he always changes the station, that statement, D'banj said, was very hurtful. It hurt him so bad that he left his house and sought refuge in a hotel and then moved on to South Africa
  • He never expected Oliver Twist to be such a huge hit and was in South Africa when it blew up in London and he had to rush over there. He believes the song's sudden success was God's way of taking him away from all the drama back home in Nigeria
  • The deal with Kanye West was not completed at this stage however Kanye was so impressed with the song that he agreed to make an appearance in the video. As Kanye is an 'action man' as D'Banj calls him, they shot the video straight away while still in London
  • D'Banj knows that everyone wants him and Don Jazzy to work together again and thinks there is a possible of that happening, if the price is right. He bumped into Don Jazzy in America and they discussed the possibility of a reunion, a business reunion. Don Jazzy told him that it would have to be for the right money for that to ever happen.
  • 'A friend in need is a burglar in the future' was D'banj response to Olisa's question on if the duo would get back to being friends!
  • In response to questions about his public support of President Goodluck Jonathan in 2011, D'Banj vehemently refuted suggestions that he had been paid for the interview. He stated that he had himself requested the interview and that he felt that it was the right thing for him to do as a man and citizen of Nigeria
  • He admitted that he got paid, but for his work as a musician
  • He felt that the backlash he got at that time was unfortunate as he was put through 'heat, fire and hell'.
  • He wouldn't be tied down to answering whether he would do the same again this time round as he is 'unavailable' right now and travels a lot.
  • The conversation between D'Banj and Olisa became very heated when Olisa started questioning D'Banj on the state of his career since Oliver Twist
  • He strongly denied allegations that he did not write Top of the World and said it was a big hit which he really loves and questioned Olisa on who determines what makes a big hit anyway and if his show is The Lie not The Truth
  • D'Banj insisted that he had had great success since leaving Mo'Hits. He won awards, traveled the world, had the highest downloaded song in 2013 and reached the point where he wanted to expand and do something new. He made clear that that just because he hasn't been spending all his time in Nigeria doesn't mean that he has not been successful
  • Denied that his new song 'Feeling the Nigga' was written for Akon and that he made a cameo appearance in it. Said that Akon is in the remix and that they are both his songs. D'Banj became very irate at Olisa's insinuations and threatened to walk out of the interview if he didn't admit that the song was his
  • Olisa asked what happened with D'Banj's Koko mobile phone and why it hasn't been seen in the market but he refused to go into this topic in any depth. He said that the phone sold out and hinted at a deal with Apple which he cannot talk much about due to contractual limitations
  • He also has a deal with Beat's by Dre and the headphones will be released soon (hopefully by Easter) in Africa
  • Olisa asked D'Banj about the various rumours, allegations and court actions against him claiming that he has unpaid debts amongst other things. D'Banj said that he has been advised by lawyers to not speak about this in detail but made it very clear that he doesn't owe anybody any money
  • Financially, the past two years have been some of his best years, despite Olisa trying to allege that he has not been successful during this time
  • He dismissed the people that have left him and no longer want to work with him and said that the people that left were not meant to be there in the first place
  • He revealed that he had recently had a friend/business associate arrested because he found out that one of his investments was mismanaged to the cost of around $2m. The person had gone behind his back and committed fraud but said the police is now dealing with the matter. He advised young people who are going into business to be very careful with documents and make sure that all papers are always properly signed
  • He refused to answer any questions about women or his personal relationships as it has gotten him in too much trouble in the past and also refused to give a clear-cut answer as to whether he had a relationship with Genevieve
  • January 31 there will be a release party in Lagos for his 10 year anniversary and other celebrations will take place across the world. The celebrations will take the form of parties in clubs and concerts. Following the party in Lagos there will be a celebration in February in Dubai, then South Africa, Malaysia and London and it will finish in December with a Koko concert
  • Olisa got him to apologise for the debacle that was his KOKO Concert, which held at Eco Atlantic in 2012.

Not Every time Work, Sometimes Travel & Have A Stress-Free Vacation

When you're going on a vacation, or traveling for recreational purposes, one can only assume that your intention is to relax and take a load off. And even if you happen to be travelling for business purposes, I'm sure you want to rest as much as possible before arriving at your destination and getting to work. Whatever the case, traveling should be stress free and not make you regret deciding to go on a trip or invoke multiple curse on yourself and several other people.
Besides the obvious things like planning ahead, using a packing list, and getting to the airport early, there are some pretty simple things that we often overlook which could actually significantly reduce our stress levels during trips. Jovago.com Africa's Number 1 Hotel Booking Portal has put together key tips for having a stress-free holiday. These are:
• Keep your attitude in check. Being rude to security never helps anyone. Things will go a lot smoother if you just follow instructions. If you feel the need to question an instruction, be polite about it. Avoid sarcasm and never raise your voice.
• If you know you're choosy about where you seat, and the leg space available, request a seat you'd prefer when booking your ticket. Some airlines might allow pick a preferred seat. Others may require you to pay for preferred seating or extra leg room. If you have some extra money, your comfort is worth it.
• As often as you can, only travel with a carry-on. This way, you know exactly where your belongings are and you won't have to worry about it getting lost or arriving days after you. Plus, it's a lot easier to move across the airport with.
• There's a saying "everything that could possibly go wrong will", or something like that. While this may stand, it's also important to remember that a positive energy makes for a lot of good karma. It's alright to be cautious, but you should also expect good things to happen on your trip.
• Be polite to the people you come across. Simple words like "please",  "excuse me", and "hello" can improve the next person's mood and also prevent a confrontation. You could even make friends in the waiting area or on the plane. Everyone has stuff going on in their lives and sometimes some people just need someone to talk to
• Worrying never really solves any problems. All it's likely to do is give you a headache. What you need to do is relax, try to have some fun, and don't take yourself or things too seriously. Remember some things are beyond your control and it is the way you handle these situations that matters.
• Try to get as much sleep as you can on the plane. This is actually a great way to beat jet lag. Being well rested when you arrive at your destination will help you adjust to the time zone more easily. If you find it difficult to fall asleep, bring ear plugs and a sleep mask.
• It's essential to stay hydrated when on the move. Have a water bottle on hand and take huge gulps at intervals. Not having enough water in your system will actually make you feel tired faster, and you might even get lightheaded and faint.
• Always keep your essentials – glasses, keys, medication, cards/wallet, etc - close to you. And double-check before you get off the plane. It's easy for something to slip out of your pocket. And sometimes, we're so eager to get off, we leave behind important things like phones and tablets. Getting off is not a contest; take the time to make sure you have everything.

Most Entertainers Run After Politicians Because Of Poverty – Saheed Balogun

In an interview with Encomium magazine this week, actor Saheed Balogun said the reason why entertainers run away after politicians is because of poverty.

"(Poverty), that's why you see some of our people running helter-skelter, campaigning for all these politicians.

But there's one question we have all not asked, and that's what makes American artists donate to politicians while the actors here in Nigeria are asking from politicians.

Every member of the National Assembly has not made an reasonable law on piracy which has devoured the industry.

So, there's poverty in the industry. If there's not, you won't see our people flocking around all these politicians, campaigning, singing and dancing for them.

I saw a candidate being surrounded by some of our colleagues; I now said to myself, 'if this man eventually wins, how many actors or musicians will he remember? Although some are doing it to make ends meet.

And it's sad because we're stars. I think we're supposed to be worshiped, not worshiping others.

Even if a governor holds your hand, he's supposed to be happy. But now, the reverse is the case.

I Have Succumbed To My Mother’s Pressure Of Getting Married Now –Dbanj

D'banj has said he will be getting married this year and he also intends to have a baby this year. According to him, his mom wants him to get married now and the pressure has been somehow high. Hear him;

'Yes, I was under pressure towards the end of last year to get married, my mum really wanted it,' he said.

When NETng asked him if he was going to do what his mother really wants by taking a woman home to her this year, he said;
'Well, I don't know yet but I know that I am intending to do it this year. More importantly for me, I've always wanted to have a child, but last year my brother, Kay Switch had a child and it brought so much joy to me. So this year, I'm thinking of settling down to have my own Koko junior soon,' he said.

Hmm, me thinks D'banj shouldn't have said this in an interview, because every girl around him now, even some that had already made up their mind to go will all turn into Mario. Even if they catch him cheating, they will still stick to him, just because they want to be the chosen one. Lol.

We Have Bought Shoes, Shirts and Ties for Jonathan who Ruined our Economy - Tinubu

The former Lagos State governor, Bola Tinubu said Nigerians should vote for the APC candidates in the election, having experienced true transformation under the leadership of Governor Abiola Ajimobi in the last three and a half years.

He said, "Go and collect your PVCs to enable you vote PDP out. It is your possession. Don't let poll robbers rob us again. Jonathan has ruined our economy. He came and said he did not have shoes. We have bought shoes, shirts and ties for him now. Enough is enough.

"For six years, he gave us excuses that there is no money; it is time for him to go. And again, we have somebody here whose tenure has witnessed an unprecedented development in the history of Oyo State. Ajimobi has performed very well.

"So on the day of the elections, get to the polling centres early enough, vote and record the voter card number, and wait till they count your votes. With your support, we shall send PDP packing,'' Tinubu said.

THE FAUX MAN.......... PART 1

     THE FAUX MAN
                      PART 1
The faux man is set to be a controversial writeup that is set to expose or address some under lining issues 70% of men go to bed with every night,it goes further to talk about sexual disorder/dysfunction a lot of man carry around but won't want to tell. Although sometimes a difficult and embarrassing subject to speak about is that which concerns sexual problems/issues and fears of sexuality cause many Men and Women a great deal of anxiety . Relationships can suffer or never start due to sexual problems.

The disorders that makes it impossible / difficult for an individual to have or enjoy sexual intercourse,it is very distorted to those who experience them and often leads to sexual frustration, guilt about failure, loss of self-esteem and inter-personal problems. with the other partner is known as Sexual dysfuntions. Health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and depression can also cause sexual dysfunction, but in younger men this is not common hence psychological problems are the main causes for sexual dysfunction in young men. More than often sexual symptoms are caused or made worst by high levels of anxiety. We may or may not recognise that this is happening as  the 'feelings' are so familiar they are considered to be idiosyncrasies or things we are 'silly' about. An all prevailing attitude towards ourselves and the world we live in can be unhelpful, limiting or even negative due to these anxieties.

So the question now is what are some of the common sexual problems ?Some Common male sexual problems includes
•  Premature Ejaculation: Premature ejaculation is the inability to maintain or keep an intercourse steady enough for your partner to attain orgasm. Ejecting semen from the penis, usually accompanied by orgasm occurring sooner than a man wishes during sexual activity or before the sexual feeling peaks is known as premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is characterized by a lack of voluntary control over ejaculation that interferes with optimal sexual or psychological well-being in either partner, this could also be referred to as rapid ejaculation,it typically occurs before or shortly after penetration during sexual intercourse which brings us the question what are the causes of Premature Ejaculation?

When diagnosing Premature Ejaculation It is important to determine the type of premature ejaculation one has before you begin to seek solutions. Premature ejaculation can be divided into two (2)  Primary and secondary premature ejaculation. If one has had a problem with premature ejaculation ever since they began having sex, the problem is referred to as a primary premature ejaculation. Secondary premature ejaculation occurs when someone who has had good control previously begins to develop a problem.

A lot of factors are responsible for premature ejaculation,a whole lot which we won't even be able to bring all to book but will discuss absolutely some major ones. Firstly let's start with anxiety.

Anxiety: The inability to manage the emotions or feelings of pressure during copulation or the nervousness experienced beyond control which often leads to something happening too soon in sex, from the one who is setting the pace,or from the person who defines when sex starts and ends. One may define premature ejaculation based on what you want, what the partner wants, or what you think you or your partner should want. Before one gets battered by the feeling of guilt or desperation for a solution make sure you know and have this perfect  comprehension of you and your partners definition of premature ejaculation, because the fear or phobia you uphold in your head or the strive to make it up to somebody you don't know his or her definition of premature ejaculation or orgasm could leave you in anxiety while trying to make love to that individual hence leaving you helpless and performing even below your own personal score or expectation.

Premature ejaculation may also be triggered or aggravated by issues such as guilt, fear, and performance anxiety , especially in the inexperienced partner or with partners new to each other.

Premature ejaculation could also be caused simply by extreme arousal.

Like the saying for every problem there is a solution so are we going to suggest some possible solution for premature ejaculation.
If premature ejaculation is occurring for psychological reasons, a therapist may suggest the squeeze technique. When one feels that they are about to ejaculate during copulation, asking your partner to gently squeeze the end of the penis just below the head for a few moments until the urge goes away may help. Wait at least 30 seconds before continuing foreplay. When reaching the point of ejaculation, ask your partner to perform the squeeze technique again. Keep doing this until you feel that you can copulate without immediate ejaculation.

Other methods of avoiding premature ejaculation include masturbation, felatio e.t.c  a few hours before you expect to have sex and concentrating on other methods of sexual pleasure for a certain period of time to remove any pressure one may feel about having sex. Antidepressants and anesthetic cream applied directly to the penis can help some men prolong ejaculation. If the problem has a medical cause, appropriate treatment, such as treating an infection or adjusting thyroid levels, will usually resolve the problem.

Drugs may end up being one form of treatment but users will always suffer from negative side effects (which psychological approach don't). Preventing premature ejaculation or  putting a stop to premature ejaculation is possible, but it can require more than a few weeks and a few exercise.

I’m bringing Amber Rose to Nigeria’ – D’banj

Amber Rose confirms coming to Lagos for D'banj's show

To celebrate his 10th anniversary, D'banj is rolling out the drums and going all out to celebrate with his fans around the world with live concerts planned in major cities.
The anniversary event starts off on Saturday, January 31, 2015 in Lagos with a star-studded celebrity party to be hosted by American diva, Amber Rose tagged 'Feeling The Nigga Weekend'.

Speaking with NET on his choice of Amber Rose to host the kick-off party in Lagos, D'banj said: 'It's a party, it's not a concert, we want to kick-off the 10th year anniversary so who best to come and host it than someone who really knows how to hold down a party and of course she's hot (laughs).'

On the cost of bringing the beautiful American model, whose marriage to Wiz Khalifa, crashed last year, the DB Records boss said: 'No, it doesn't matter what anybody thinks about that, what matters at the end of the day is what I want and everybody already knows that when it comes to access to having international friends, no one has it more than I do. No one has brought international acts to the country more than I've done. So it doesn't matter what it's costing me and more so if it was all about the money, you probably would have heard adverts from last year about it, so for me it's not about the money, it's about having a great kick-off and believe me during the course of the year so many other people will come that will make you wonder: 'how did D'banj do this.'

In truth, D'banj holds the bragging rights as the Nigerian act who has brought more international stars to the country than any other. The likes of Hollywood actor, Idris Elba, rappers, Tinie Tempah, 2Chainz, Pusha T and several others....

Buhari Will not Participate in the Presidential Debate

Muhammadu Buhari, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), will not be featuring in the presidential debate organised by the Broadcast Organisation of Nigeria (BON), The Cable reports
According Garba Shehu, directorate of media and publicity of the APC presidential campaign organisation, the boycott is due to the "unhidden bias and campaign of calumny by some key organisers of the programme, against the corporate political interest of the party (APC) and its candidates".

Shehu argued that the Nigeria Election Debate Group (NEDG) powered debate was fraught with fundamental errors from the outset, by wearing the toga of government control, especially being composed mainly of agencies and allies of the incumbent Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) administration.
