When asked in a recent interview about his relationship withFrank Ocean, Miguel didn't seem to mince words about his R&B rival.
"I wouldn't say we were friends," Miguel said about Ocean. "To be completely honest — and no disrespect to anyone — I genuinely believe that I make better music, all the way around."
Miguel lost the award for Best Urban Contemporary Album to Frank Ocean's Channel Orange in 2013, but believes he's better, and will show it.
"It's interesting, but we'll see who's in it for the long haul. It's like a marathon, you know?"
