Kenyan man announces he's transitioning into a woman, shares photos

Lady Jay, whose real name is Jackson Irungu, took to his Facebook page this week to announce that he is transitioning into a woman.

“Feeling like I have been living in the wrong body for as long as I can remember. Finally decided to open up to the word!‪ #Transitioning!"

He also shared some pictures of his transition on Facebook.
