The late Fashion Police host's house has been sold to what is being described by the American media as "middle east Royalty".
Joan who died last year, left her estate and fortune to her only daughter, Melissa Rivers.
Now the house has been sold for a whooping sum of $28million dollars.

According to Dailymail, "The 5,100-square-foot, four-bedroom penthouse boasts two large entertainment spaces, which can accommodate 125 people.The Louis XIV-inspired rooms – which include both a former ballroom and music room – have 23-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and antique columns. The apartment also comes equipped with a wood-paneled library, two outdoor terraces, a spacious master suite, a dining room, and a separate two-bedroom, two-bath guest apartment with its own living room, fireplace, and kitchen."
Wow, sounds like a house fit for royalty so whoever middle east royalty is, they got what they deserve.
