Idris Elba has said that the reports of him being the next James Bond are just "rumors."
The actor has been previously mentioned as one of the favorites to replace current 007 Daniel Craig, even though some have expressed skepticism over his race.
The No Good Deed actor says however, he has no idea about whatever is going on.
"It's just a rumour," Elba told the Radio Times, adding: "I have no idea."
Elba had previously stated that he'd take up the offer if it was presented, after leaked Sony mails had mentioned that he was being considered.
Daniel Craig is on the first of his last two movies as the womanizing spy, with Spectre set to be released in November.
Former 007 Pierce Brosnan had previously endorsed Elba, but it's left to see if he'll actually be offered the role.
