Shurmda, Rowdy Rebel and other members of the GS9 crew had appeared before a Manhattan Supreme Court today.
Shmurda, who is supposedly the mastermind of the crew's activities, was offered the plea deal but rejected it.
The trial was postponed to the 5th of October, with the rapper facing 25 years in jail if convicted.
