A UK citizen, Saheed Mohammad Cameran, 48, has been arrested by the operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), Lagos State Command for defrauding seven Nigerians of N70m under the pretext of supplying them diesel.
Saheed was caught while trying to smuggle himself out of the country through Muritala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja.
According to reports, the Special Fraud Unit (SFU) Milverton, Ikoyi, Lagos have taken over the case, but the unit's spokeperson, DSP Ngozi Isintume said she has not been brief about the case.
According to The Nation, the Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer, DSP Ken Nwosu, confirmed the transfer of the case to the SFU on Thursday.
So someone from other country could dupe Nigerians... I thought 9ja people were the smartest in duping People.
