Job Summary
The Operations/Business Development Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the technical team to ensure total quality output on all client jobs from initial briefing stage to final execution. Responsible for building current clientele base by sourcing for new customer accounts and maintaining existing client relationships. Handle basic administrative duties like filing, letter writing, invoicing, payment reconciliations etc, and must reside in Ogba, ikeja or its environs.
The position reports directly to the Managing Director and encompasses project management and customer support responsibilities. This is a hands-on position and may also require that the individual provides technical support as required.
Basic Requirements
• Minimum of B.sc degree, preferably in Business administration, Management, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Strong Managerial skills and ability to improve productivity of subordinates.
• Good presentation skills and report writing.
• Charismatic, extremely sociable and ability to network with high profile clients.
• Proficient in MAC, MS word, excel, power point.
• Strong business development acumen
• Highly organized, excellent planning skills with attention to details
• Professional, hardworking and good work ethics
• Articulate and effective communication skill
• At least 4 years professional experience in a similar role. Agency experience will be an added advantage.
