Controversial Ukrainian journalist Vitalii Sediuk who got a back hand slap from actor Will Smith after he gave him a wet kiss at Moscow premiere of Men In Black 3 caused a scene at Cannes Film Festival yesterday when he ran onto the red carpet laid on the ground and sneaked his head under America Ferrera's dress to snoop at her private as she posed for photo snaps with her co-stars.

The Ugly Betty movie star actress turned around in shock before security men took away the reporter who derived so much fun from his act.
