Chairman of the Lagos State Sports Commission Mr. Deji Tinubu has thrown his weight behind FoodClique Support Initiative’s fight against hunger by pledging his commitment to fighting the issue in the society.
This much was disclose at the opening Expo of the Lagos City Marathon held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos where he made this assurance of helping eradicate hunger totally in every nook and cranny of the society.
He stated "I will continue supporting and donating to FoodClique Support Initiative throughout my life time". He also stressed that in achieving this, he will donate to the cause on a monthly basis before taking the opportunity to also sign the #zerohunger petition.
The Founder of the organization Bolajoko Fadipe in his own word also urged Lagosians and the general public to support the fight against hunger in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of 2030.
