THE FAUX WOMAN

The faux woman is set to be a expository write up which is aimed at exposing and addressing some of those breath-taking issues atleast four in every ten woman experience but won't be proud to talk about even to her inner circle. This write up is also expected to be a straight to the point attack on all of the issues we are going to identify as we want the lessons to come in hand.
A difficult and embarrassing subject to speak about or raise among friends/colleagues is that which concerns sexual issues/difficulties and this phobia causes those involved a great deal of anxiety when they think about getting involved in a relationship or when their partner brings up the topic of sexual intercourse.

Relationships can suffer or never start due to sexual issues/difficulties,this disorders that makes it impossible/difficult for individuals involed not to have or enjoy sexual intercourse are very distorted to those who experience it and often leads to sexual frustration, guilt about failure, loss of self-esteem and inter-personal problems with the other partner is known as Sexual dysfuntions or disorder. Health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and depression are usually pointers to sexual dysfunction /disorder, but in younger ladies this isn't and shouldn't be common hence psychological problems are the main causes for sexual dysfunction/disorder in young women.

More than often sexual symptoms are caused or made worst by high levels of anxiety we may or may not recognise that this is happening as the 'feelings' are so familiar they are considered to be idiosyncrasies or things we are 'silly' about. An all prevailing attitude towards ourselves and the world we live in can be unhelpful, limiting or even negative due to these anxieties.
The sexual response circle of every human consist of four phase 1, Desired phase. 2,Excitement phase. 3, Orgasm Phase. 4, Resolution/orgasmic phase. In each of this phase any difficulty or disorder experienced might or will bring the next phase to a stand still, leaving the circle incomplete hence depriving the individual involved sexual satisfaction.

Disorder of the Desired phase: the desired phase of the sexual response circle consist of feeling and urge to have sex, having sexual fantasies or day dreams and feeling sexually attracted to another or your partner as the case maybe. There are two disorder associated with this phase.(1) Hypo-active sexual desire disorder: this condition is characterized by a lack of interest in sex and as a result a low level of sexual activities when a person with hypo-active sexual desire does have sex she often function normally and they enjoy the experience the problem or difficulty here is just the desire or passion to engaged in sexual activities. (2) sexual aversion disorder : sufferers of this dysfunction finds sexual activities absolutely unpleasant usually have this feeling of anxiety, fear and disgust.

The disorder of the excitement phase: the excitement phase is marked by a sense of sexual pleasuree and general physical arousal, increase in heart rate, muscle tension, blood pressure, respiration and changes in the pelvic region. There are two dysfunctions associated with this phase (1) female sexual arousal disorder(figidity) women with this disorder are repeatedly unable to attain or maintain sexual excitement which includes adequate lubrication and genital swelling during sexual activities. 10%-50% of women are estimated to suffer figidity. Premature ejaculation: This isn't a term associated with only men, it is a difficulty or disorder suffered also by women but its not a very loud topic when talking about women sexual disorder. This is when a woman reaches orgasm and ejaculates with minimal sexual stimulation even before she engages in the act leaving her dried up for penetration causing her great pains and often leaving her with vaginal injury. This brings us to the next point.

Female Orgasmic disorder: this can also be called inhibited female orgasm and characterized by a repeated absence of orgasm or a very long delay in reaching orgasm following normal sexual excitement. Studies have shown that about 20% of women have never attained or reach orgasm.
Vaginismus: This is a condition marked by involuntary contrast of the muscles of the virginal which causes pain when intercourse is attempted and when there is no physical cause for pain, severally it has resulted to consummated marriages because couples were unable to achieve sexual intercourse as it prevents penetration and there is no sexual intercourse.

Dyspareunia: This word originates from a latin word and here the lady experiences severe pains in genitals during sexual activities. It occasionally occurs in men but more common in women. There might be some physical cause e.g injury during child birth, abuse of medications etc...
