The Rock is coming off Universal's "Furious 7," the year's highest grossing moview globally with nearly $1.5billion (an eight installment is in the works). And in three weeks, the former world wrestling Entertainment star will make his debut in the HBO TV series "Ballers."
The 43 year old's latest movie San Andreas is a 2015 American action-disaster film directed by Brad Peyon where after a devasting earthquake hits California, a Los Angeles Fire Department rescue-helicopter pilot (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) and his ex wife (Carla Gugino) attempt to leave Los Angeles and head to San Franscisco to find and rescue their daughter (Alexandra Daddario).
San Andreas is set to premiere this weekend and the 3D earthquake disaster movie will rumble up to $40 miilion in its box office debut for New line and Warner Bros, this weekend as predicted by bullish analysts.
