How Mayweather VS Pacquiao Fight Generated Over $500Million Record Revenue

Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao has broken all boxing pay-per-view records.

Showtime and HBO, the rival US TV cable networks, who shared broadcast rights in America, have confirmed a combined total of more than 4.4million buys.

This carries the pay TV revenue there well above $400million (£255m).

It became the first half-billion dollar event in ring history.
