Governor Rochas Okorocha Appoints Another Nollywood Actress Shirley Igwe Into His Cabinet

Nollywood actress Shirley Igwe has been appointed into Okorocha's  cabinet. The 25 year old ex-Delta Soap model has resumed work for the Government of Imo State as Principal Protocol Officer to Governor of the state and the apointment dates back to September 2013.

Her new appointment would entail her coordinating the Governor's daily itinerary, ensuring his comfort and that of his visitors every day.

Note-Nkiru Sylvanus was the former Special Assistant on Lagos affairs for Governor Rochas and she was relieved of her post unceremoniously recently. Shirly is the second Nollywood actress entering Governor Rocha's cabinet
