Photos: Black Man Sits At The National Mall & Calmly Sets Himself On Fire

An unidentified man who was later found to be mentally ill yesterday sat down at the National Mall in Washington, sprinkled fuel all over his body, and quietly set himself on fire. He sat quietly as the fire consumed him until other people around the area rushed his rescue but he suffered first degree burns.
