Zenith Bank Plc on Tuesday in a statement issued by the bank and obtained in Lagos, appointed Jim Ovia, founder of Visafone Communications, as board chairman and non executive director of the bank.
The appointment approved by the Apex Bank, CBN, was exposed to the public by the group Managing Director, Mr Peter Amangbo, who said the appointment will take effect from Wednesday 16th July, 2014.
