Well, Will.I.am has accused pharrell of being a copy cat who steals other peoples name for money, after which he filed a law suit to stop him from using "I AM."

Now Will.i.am is countering Pharrell's lawsuit claiming it has always been in pharrell's habit to steal other people's name to make money. He gave various examples,
Pharrell co-founded a record label called Star Trak Entertainment. It was also stated Pharrell is being sued by Marvin Gaye's family for allegedly ripping off "Got to Give it Up" for his summer smash "Blurred Lines." There's still more. Will claims Pharrell also tried to register
