Sean Kingston Sued For Alleged Gang Rape

Sean Kingston and his bodyguard gang raped a drunk teenager in the singer's hotel room back in 2010, according to a new lawsuit.

Carissa Capeloto, now 22 claims she was forced to have sex with Sean, his bodyguard and a member of Sean's band at a Seattle hotel in July, 2010, after she had smoked pot and downed 7-10 shots of vodka.

Capeloto who has sued all 3 men, alleges she'd been invited to Kingston's hotel room for a meet-and-greet following a Bieber concert where Kingston had also performed, but when she showed up, Kingston was waiting naked on his bed.

Capeloto claims the bodyguard picked her up and placed her on top of Kingston, and all three of the men proceeded to gang rape her while she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent."

Capeloto says her friend later entered the room and rescued her. The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape. She says her life has been ruined ... she can barely sleep, has mood swings and panic attacks.  Capeloto wants $5 million minimum.

Kingston has filed legal docs insisting the sex was 100% consensual. Trial is set for November.

22 Year Old Man Arrested Over Attempt To Rape 80 Year Old Blind Woman

Officials of the (NSCDC) have arrested 22-year-old Mohammed Inuwa of Herwagana quarters, Gombe for attempting to rape an 80-year-old blind woman, Malama Hannutu Baba.

The Gombe State Commander of NSCDC, said the suspect was charged to Kasuwan Shanu Magistrates' Court and later remanded in prison custody on the orders of the magistrate.

According to him, the suspect gained entry into the blind woman's house under the pretext of looking for one Kabiru Sani, a student of the Federal College of Education (Technical) Gombe.

"When he entered the house, there was nobody, as everybody had gone to the mosque except the blind woman. When she heard his footsteps, she asked who the person was and the suspect did not talk but quietly went and grabbed the woman. "He started struggling with her as he tried to force her to made love with him.

"Unfortunately for him, the woman's grandson, Malam Mohammed Baba, returned from the mosque and discovered what was going on. "He raised an alarm which attracted people to the house," Khestossen said. He said the people overpowered the suspect and handed him over to NSCDC.

Duke and Duchess Of Cambridge, Kate And William Kick Off Marathon In Anglesey, Wales

It's back to business after baby for new mom, the Duchess of Cambridge.

On Friday, Kate 31, made a surprise appearance at the Ring of Fire race in Anglesey, Wales.

Dressed in a patterned silk blouse by Zara – which she wore while visiting the Swiss Alps in March –, a green Ralph Lauren blazer and slim black pants, Kate glowed as she and husband Prince William kicked off the 135-mile race along the coast of Anglesey, where the couple currently lives.

Looking slim and relaxed, Kate chatted with locals about babies, pregnancy and the race, telling onlookers that her five-week-old son, Prince George, was home napping with his grandmother, Carole Middleton.

Supporters were in awe of the couple and were thrilled by the appearance of the couple, especially the popular Duchess of Cambridge.

"The Duchess is absolutely beautiful, lovely," said Andrea Hall, whose husband was running the race. "She looks amazing, I can't believe she had a baby only a month ago."

Lisa Hirst, of St. Helens, said both Kate and William looked relaxed. "She looked beautiful, isn't she beautiful?" Hirst gushed. 

Sophie Bingham, a mother herself, said Kate didn't look as if she had a baby. Kate, she said, looked relaxed and acted genuinely interested in everyone. "I'm surprised, as she's probably been up [in the night] a few times," Bingham said.

Theresa Schaludek, from Vienna, had tears in her eyes after Kate and William walked past her. "She's beautiful," Schaludek said quietly. "You don't have a chance to see them, especially from Austria."

Race directors James Bingham and Quentin Brooksbank said it was an absolute honor to have the young royals kick off the race, which is only in its second year, and said they did it because they wanted to give something back to Anglesey and Holyhead.

Kate joined the crowd in counting down from 10, before William rung a large bell and the runners took off in a pack.

"The circus is off!" William exclaimed as the runners passed him and his wife.

Sharon Bowen, who lives in North Wales, shouted "Thank you for coming!" to William and Kate, who acknowledged with a wave. "I think it's great and it's so lovely to see them in such a lovely setting," Bowen said. Adding that she was stunned at Kate's natural beauty, Bowen said of Prince William, "he's a lucky man."

Yeah, we all know he's a lucky man, I'm sure the prince also knows he's lucky to have her. But isn't she lucky too?

Maria Tsotetsi (49), from extension 28 in Vosloorus, east of Johannesburg, SA, says she has an evil snake inside her stomach.

She said she has been told by several prophets and traditional healers that the reptile lives inside her.
Maria, who looks pregnant, said she was in hospital in 2011, where the doctors told her she had a growth."They told me I had lost blood and they wanted to operate on me but nothing happened after that. The nurses put me on drips but a few days later, they released me."

She said that her ex-boyfriend took her to a bishop after she complained about a pain in her stomach. The bishop told her to strip off her clothes and gave her muthi (herbs) to steam. "The muthi was covered in a white and brown snake skin. The bishop said it would cure me," she said. But a few days later, she realised there was something in her body and her teeth started falling out.

"I believe the muthi made me lose my teeth. My boyfriend then dumped me after 14 years and I've been single ever since," she said. "I want him to come and remove the snake he put in my stomach. I believe he's responsible for this." She said she sometimes has her period for two weeks and it's so heavy she has to use nappies.

Traditional healer Ntsimbi Ngema said: "This kind of thing is done by jealous lovers. There's no way Maria could have a new boyfriend because he could die after having sex with her."

A doctor who didn't want to be named said Maria could be suffering from all sorts of things, including kidney stones or gall stones.

Basketmouth and Dakore Become Hosts of Nollywood Movies Awards 2013

Organizers of the Nollywood Movies Awards announced that Basketmouth and Dakore Egbuson-Akande will become hosts of this year's edition.

It became known recently while organizers were reeling out plans for this year's activities for the awards which is in its second year.

The award will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. The nominees will be unveiled on September 7, 2013 at The African Bar of The Oriental Hotel, Lekki.

The movie awards show which debuted in June 2012 will add six new categories: Best Short Movie, Best Child Actor, Best Soundtrack, Best Set Design, Top Box Office Movie and Best Diaspora Movie.

"We plan to make this year's award show bigger and better", Executive Director, Alfred Soro says.

The last time we saw Dakore and Basketmouth on stage together was at the 2008 edition of The Headies (known then as HipHopWorld Award).

Some things just aren't meant to be. Clint Eastwood, 83, has separated from second wife Dina Eastwood (nee Ruiz) after 17 years of marriage, Dina confirms exclusively to "Us Weekly".

‘Kris Jenner’s talkshow Has Not Been Cancelled’, Fox Rep Says.

Prior to the news I posted earlier about the "Kris jenner show been cancelled a rep for the TV network FOX says the show has not been yanked from the air after its six-week run.

'Rumors are false,' a spokesperson from FOX told the Daily News.

An earlier report on Radar Online stated that the mother-of-six's show 'The Kris Jenner Show' had been axed. 'It is a very crowded market and Kris didn't do anything to set herself apart from the field,' a source reportedly told the gossip site.

Kris jenner, 57, also took to Twitter and said: 'Rumors flying are false but glad everyone is still buzzing about our 6 week summer run!!!!'

Unbelieveable!!! 40yr Old Pregnant Mum Set To Wed Her 23yr Old Son!

A 40-year-old Woman, Betty Mbreko and her son has done the unthinkable by fallen in love with one another and now, intend to get married since she is six months pregnant for her son. "Look, I strive alone to send my son to school and no one helped me. Now you see that my son is working and you accuse me of doing something wrong. Let me enjoy the products of my sweat," the woman boasted before local authorities.

Mbereko (40), from Mwenezi in Masvingo, who was widowed 12 years ago, has been cohabiting with her first child, Farai Mbereko (23). She confirms that she is six months pregnant and that she has decided it is better to "marry" her son because she does not want to marry her late husband's young brothers, whom she says are coveting her.

Betty stunned a village court last week when she said the affair with her son had begun three years earlier.
She said after spending a lot of money sending Farai to school following the death of her husband, she felt she had a right to his money and no other woman was entitled to it.

Farai said he was more than prepared to marry his mother and would pay off the ilobola balance his father had left unpaid to his grandparents. "I know my father died before he finished paying the bride price and I am prepared to pay it off," he said.
"It is better to publicize what is happening because people should know that I am the one who made my mother pregnant. Otherwise they will accuse her of promiscuity."

But local headman Nathan Muputirwa says: "We cannot allow this to happen in our village, this is a bad omen indeed. In the past they would have to be killed but today we cannot do it because we are afraid of the police." He warned them to break off their marriage or leave the village immediately.
Funny enough, the mother and son chose the advice and have left the village for an unknown destination.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star was behind the wheel while driving a black SUV which she got as her birthday gift just about a month ago.

According to TMZ, Kyle got out of the car immediately after the accident, apologised, asked if nobody was injured and exchanged informations with people in the other cars involved.

Footballer JJ Okocha Gets Into Nollywood: Produces Movie About Majek Fashek, Played By Francis Duru

Word out at the moment has it that our dear Nigerian football legend Austin JJ Okocha is currently producing a movie about reggae star Majek Fashek.The movie's screen play is reportedly written by Charles Novia, and features Francis Duru as Majek Fasek, Sam Dede, Stella Damascus and other top Nollywood actors.

 According to Novia, the movie is shooting on 35mm and took about 3 years to fine-tune. Kris Jenner's Talk Show Canceled

Kris Jenner has been told by FOX executives that her six-week trial run at being a talk show host will be just that - it's not coming back for a second run.

Kim K's mother was recently told, "There is no chance the talk show is going to get a green light from FOX. The ratings were averaging an abysmal 0.8 and advertisers were less than enthusiastic about it."
"Kris did get a ratings bump for her last show when Kanye West revealed the first baby pic of daughter, North West, with Kim, but that was a one time shot in the arm and it wouldn't be indicative of what the ratings trend would be," the source close to the production told RadarOnline.com.

"It's a very crowded market and Kris didn't do anything to set herself apart from the field. Believe it or not, most of America doesn't want to hear about the Kardashian's for an hour everyday," the source revealed.

A belt is a flexible band or strap, typically made of leather or heavy cloth, and worn around the waist. A belt supports trousers or other type of clothing.

I always thought it was necessary to wear a belt when wearing a suit but of late i have been seeing  many times models/celebrities in magazines and on television wearing suits without a belt. Belts is an accessory that makes ones outfit look well organised and eye-catching but one can also pull more sophistication without a belt.
If the suit fits well enough, that is on the waist and through the legs ,a belt may not be necessary at all.  For shorter men and women,wearing a belt will actually make you look shorter so why not go beltless.

Genevieve Nnaji Becomes Judge On Miss Earth Beauty Pageant

Actress Genevieve Nnaji will become a guest judge at the 2013 Miss Earth Nigeria.

The Nollywood star was recently announced alongside other international stars such as Austrian-born actor and former model, Boris Kodjoe, Amber Rose, Karly Redd and Kelechi Amadi Obi.

According to NET, Director of the Nigerian arm of Miss Earth International, Ibinabo Fiberesima said: "The year's edition would be different because we are currently in talks with top dignitaries who are passionate about the environment and the earth at large."

Director Fiberesima, a former beauty queen and current President of the Actors' Guild of Nigeria, AGN, has been co-ordinating the pageant for about a decade now.

Nollywood actress, Ufuoma Ejenobor is a product of the pageant, as she had competed and won the crown in 2004 before delving into the movie industry.

The eventual winner will represent Nigeria at the World Miss Earth Pageant in the United States later in the year.

A banker with EcoBank, Abakaliki branch, Mr. Boniface Ndukaku, was found dead in a hotel after sleeping with his 21-year-old girlfriend (Name Withheld).
According to Telegraphng, Ebonyi State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) DSP Sylvester Igbo, confirmed that the deceased was in the hotel for an extra-marital affair, and that his 21-year-old escort was now in police custody helping them in the investigation of the matter.

'Beverly Osu' Might Be Hospitalized After She Fell While Climbing The Stage

 Many do not know, but Nigeria's Big Brother Africa, BBA, representative in the 2013 edition of the reality show, Beverly Osu has not been feeling well since the last day of the show in South Africa.

Report says,She as been admitted into an hospital.

According to NET, Beverly was said to have sustained an ankle injury on the finale of the reality show while climbing the stage and I hear the situation was getting more serious than she had thought.

Beverly who returned on Tuesday night was admitted on Wednesday at FaithCity Hospital, Oju Olobun Close, off Bishop Oluwole Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

She is said to be responding to treatment. Fellow housemate Melvin Odua and Uti Nwachukwu were some of the first people to visit her in the hospital.

A message from Mercy Johnson's heart as she turns a year older today.
Today, I thought of many things I would love to have as birthday gifts and the many dreams I am still pursuing. In all of this I'm not losing sight of the fact that if not for God I might have ended up on the street like the many kids and young adults begging for food and some prostituting to make ends meet. If we know the circumstances that force some of these people on the street, we would spare a thought for them. I am where I am today purely by the grace of God and the grace of people who believed in me from the word go.
Recently, I was at the Boys Reform Home, Oregun, Lagos, the discussion I had with the principal Mr. Kotun and much later with the Special Adviser in charge of allremand homes in Lagos set me thinking about the boys and girls on the street. They have dreams too. Can they fulfill those dreams on the street? The answer will likely be no; because I won't be where I am today if I ended up on the street.

For this reason, Mercy Johnson Foundation will be doing a lot to get kids off the street. We are not asking people for money or donation, I will do all I can with the resources God has given me, and with the support of my husband to help get these kids off the street and set them on the path where they can begin to pursue their dreams. I want to plead with people, fans, friends and colleagues to spare a thought for the children on the street. We can begin by educating people around us, parents, the children and people in charge of children (Oga-house help relationship, teacher-student relationship, and others) on the need to treat every child like the future of Nigeria depends on it. And truth be told, our future will not be all that enjoyable if we let the scourge of 'street-children' fester. By then, the rich will begin to cry.  I learnt Lagos State Government has 11 homes where most children picked from the streets are kept, reformed and reunited with their families after counseling.

That is an initiative Mercy Johnson Foundation will be supporting and beyond that we will be going to different states to help spread the message-Get kids off the street, save the future. From tomorrow, I will begin to replay some of the lessons I learnt at the boys' reform home and we all can contribute to getting the kids off the street.

Inspector General of Police MD Abubakar Set To Remarry In September

According to a report by Sahara Reporters: Nigeria's Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar is getting ready to re-marry a year and a half after loosing his wife, Maryam Abubakar, to cancer. (Mrs Abubakar died in January 2012)

Kyle XY Star Matt Dallas Comes Out As Gay As He Celebrates His Engagement To Blue Hamilton

Matt Dallas has revealed he is gay and engaged to his boyfriend Blue Hamilton.

The star of popular US TV show Kyle XY shared his big news and his delight at getting engaged to his partner, musician Blue Hamilton, on his Twitter account.

He posted: 'Starting off the year with a new fiancé, @bluehamilton.

'A great way to kick off  2013!'

The tweet was accompanied by a photo of Blue and their dog lounging on a sofa. Matt, 30, was a model for five years before his big break in Kyle XY came in 2006.

He is also known for his role as in Chad in TV show Eastwick as well as starring alongside Hilary Duff in 2010 romantic comedy Beauty And The Briefcase.  

Matt is also close friends with singing sensation Katy Perry and starred in the music video of her hit single Thinking Of You.

Blue, who is based in Los Angeles, renovates houses in his spare time and is a committed equal rights campaigner and passionate environmentalist.

Gov Suntai's Letter To Taraba Assembly; Femi Falana Demands Police Investigation

Senior lawyer and political activist, Femi Falana (SAN), yesterday sent a petition to the Inspector General of Police demanding a detailed investigation of the letter purportedly sent to the Taraba State House of Assembly by Governor Danbaba Suntai yesterday indicating he is ready to resume office.

Governor Suntai returned to Nigeria on Sunday after 10 months away receiving treatment and rehabilitation for serious brain injuries he received when an aircraft he was piloting crashed in October 2012.  Reports say he appeared bewildered and uncoordinated as he arrived, needing help and not speaking.


Mr. Falana noted that barely one day after his return, a letter was delivered to the House declaring the governor's fitness and readiness for work without affording the public a copy of his medical report of mental and physical fitness.

"We therefore urge you in the interest of the people of Taraba State and Nigeria as a whole to use your good offices to cause a detailed investigation to confirm the authenticity of the letter of intention sent by the Governor to the House of Assembly as there are several allegations within and outside Taraba State that the letter of intention may have been forged by the governor's handlers," the letter said.

The lawyer indicated he will go to court to compel the IGP to fulfill his constitutional duty if he does not accede to the demand within three days, including yesterday.

After welcoming her first child, Prince George, with husband Prince William one month ago, Kate Middleton stepped out for the first time in her hometown of Anglesey, Wales, and revealed her stunningly slim post-baby body on Monday.

The 31-year-old Duchess of Cambridge left her precious baby boy at home to do a little shopping at her local Waitrose supermarket. Dressed casually in a white and black striped shirt, black skinny jeans, flats and her hair pulled up in a ponytail, Middleton showed off her thin frame (and completely flat stomach!) as she pushed a shopping cart in the store's parking lot.
"She's hardly done anything to lose the weight . . . She looks incredible," a Middleton family source claims.

"Kate's still breastfeeding and the small weight she gained while pregnant has just melted off. She's not dieting. After giving birth, she did continue with her yoga."

The royal family is currently staying in Anglesey until they move into the newly renovated 20-room Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace in September. "They've been in Anglesey for almost a couple of weeks and their lives are much more active there — lots of walking, lots of time in the outdoors," the insider tells Us. "And the weather has been
great. I'm sure they have been making the most of it."

The first-time mom debuted her post-baby body just one day after giving birth to son George on July 22, outside the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital. On Aug. 19, the new parents released new photos of baby George posing as a family in the garden of the Middleton family home in Bucklebury, Berkshire.

William, 31, also gave his first TV interview since his son's birth to CNN's Max Foster last week. The Duke of Cambridge said George is "growing quite quickly actually. But he's a little fighter. He kind of, he wriggles around quite a lot. And he doesn't want to go to sleep that much, which is a little bit of a problem," William joked. "He's a little bit of a rascal, put it that way. So he either reminds me of my brother or me when I was younger. I'm not sure. But he's doing very well at the moment."
